The plant grows upright with delicate green leaves and slender pods that hold its angular, amber-hued seeds. Once dried, the seeds become hard and smooth, carrying a gently nutty scent with faint sweetness. When steeped, they lend the cup a warm golden hue and a rounded, grain-like taste with subtle maple notes.

• Full Strength (infusion) Directions: Fenugreek seed makes the best tea when exposed to high temperatures for only a short period of time. Be sure that your water is at a rolling boil when you pour it over your tea bags. Use one tea bag per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 7-12 minutes.
